Sizing
Every piece is cut oversized with a boxy, drop-shoulder fit. If you want a regular fit, size down one. Measurements below are in inches, taken with the garment laid flat.

Headwear is one size fits most. Sweatsuits are sold as matched sets — choose one size for both pieces.
Shipping & Processing
- In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
- Chapter releases and pre-orders can take 2 to 3 weeks, since pieces are made in limited runs.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is made.
- Free local pickup is available in our area — mention it in the order notes.
- Processing times for a specific drop are always listed on the product page.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
- Size exchanges are subject to availability — Chapter releases sell in limited quantities.
- Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
- Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost. Email a photo within 7 days of delivery.
